2015 Dandelion Honey Pastry Chef Challenge
The 2015 theme was WE NEED BEES, BEES NEED FLOWERS. Bees need a complete diet of nectar and pollen to be healthy. Last years event had too much nectar and not enough pollen so last year we were excited to add a “pollen” option to our menu.
2015 Participating “nectar collectors ” competing with dandelion honey sweets and our generous sponsors hauling “pollen baskets” of savories are listed below…
